Staci Bloomberg – Senior HR Consultant

Staci has over twenty years of success in HR administration and strategy, she has extensive experience in the Healthcare and IT space.  She has her JD, bringing an expertise in understanding employment regulations and helping clients navigate those ‘tricky’ situations that can arise.

Tamera (Tammy) Wyatt – HR Consultant

Tammy is an experienced HR and Finance professional with a documented success record or devising and executing strategic objectives that align with the long-term goals and aims of the organizations she supports.  She has a wide range of HR experience including benefits adminstration, compensation, HRIS systems, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, finance and accounting.  

In her free time, she volunteers with a local Delta Sigma Theta Sorority chapter, including helping with monthly enrichment programs for high school teen girls developing leadership skills, college readiness, and career development.

Mandy Henderson – Payroll and Accounting Manager

 

Mandy leads our payroll and accounting function.   She knows that the books and paying employees accurately and on time are the heart of every business and approaches her work with a passion that is unparallel.   

In her 20 years of experience, her favorite part of working with small businesses is helping them clean up and put smooth processes in place.

Michelle is an accomplished HR professional who holds nearly 20 years of HR experience in various functions, supporting primarily global Fortune 500 companies in the oil and energy sectors.  She has an affinity for partnering with leadership to align their strategies to promote employee-centric cultures and drive high-performance.  

She also holds a unique perspective on small business and entrepreneurship as she has held leadership roles for start-ups and high-growth organizations, as well as operates a local tree service with her husband.  Working closely with business owners and leaders in hyper-growth areas is where she found a passion for architecting and scaling the people function to align with organizational strategy.

Caitlyn Criner

Caitlyn Criner – HR Consultant

Caitlyn genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives on problem-solving, she loves her role as an HR Consultant as it allows her to do both of these things. 

Prior to becoming an HR Consultant, Caitlyn provided HR support at the University of Flordia for eight years where she honed her skills in recruiting and employee relations. She is passionate about using her skills in coaching and customer service to support our clients and improve the culture of their organizations.

Ashley is an energetic, strategic partner who thrives in helping leaders achieve their mission and carry out values. With more than 12 years of experience providing human resource services to an array of industries, she brings to each client the ability to listen, provide practical solutions and help companies unleash their people capabilities.

Ashley serves as HR champion in administering and advancing HR functions while acting as a resource on policy interpretation and implementation. Her background in HR leadership, employee relations, and recruiting experience make her an invaluable team member.

Mariela has been in HR Administration for 15 years.   During her time in HR she has supported for-profit and non-profit businesses.  She is active in the community frequently volunteering as an English-Spanish Translator and working with Latino Outreach programs. 

Alexandra Aluja -HR Coordinator

Alexandra has been in HR Administration and recruitment for almost 20 years.   During her time in HR she has supported large businesses such as Unilever and Nokia and has brought those experiences and best practices to small businesses. She has experience providing HR support in LATAM, Canada and the United States. She speaks English, Spanish and French.

Regina Gutierrez -HR Coordinator

Regina has her bachelor’s degree in marketing and publicity and recieved her post graduate degree in Human Resources. She has experience supporting companies both in LATAM and North America with a heavy focus in supporting businesses in the real estate space.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Laura Nebreda -HR Assistant

Laura Nebreda is a psychology student with a passion for helping and guiding people to achieve their goals. She is working to get her degree in Psychology with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Barcelona, Spain. She has also attended courses in Leadership, Citizenship, and Development from the Venezuelan American Center and a non-profit organization. With over two years of experience in customer service and administrative management, she has also worked in the legal and administrative aspects of immigration in the United States at a legal firm.

As a bilingual speaker of English and Spanish, Laura is able to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the support they need to succeed.

Kaizen Human Captial and RCR Consulting Group formed a joint venture to provide support to clients.
